1. Assembly Kit Can Break
Extremely low temperature weather causes components to shrink, but inconsistent shrinkage of various parts may lead to breakage of the box connection structure, installation frame or other problems. It is easy to cause some installation components to break, desolder, etc.

2. Display Lamp Bead Failure
The lamp beads on the module will also shrink and desolder, causing display failure. Internal electronics may also malfunction due to extreme cold temperatures.

3. Water Leakage Through Display Cabinet
The waterproof rubber ring of the box loses its elasticity at low temperatures, resulting in reduced sealing and increasing the possibility of water intrusion.

Objects easily become brittle at low temperatures, and LED display products also face this risk. Use low-temperature resistant materials and equipment, such as cold-resistant mask and bottom case kit, low-temperature resistant waterproof glue, low-temperature power supply (can be started in -40°C; -25°C environment): Use low-temperature-resistant boxes, low-temperature-resistant electronic equipment and connectors etc. are very important.
